i had 4 credit cards, didnt paid them for 6 months, eventually they went into collection 4 months ago. i want to pay them off. whats the best way to pay them and getting the best score in my credit report or completely deleted from my credit report?

Then once you get those in the mail (7-10 days) there will be a dispute form attached to the reports. Fill those out for every negative account on your report regardless. Fax, mail go online whatever it takes to get those submitted as quickly as possible. Then those companies must answer your dispute within 30 days or it is removed from your credit report completely. So that will eliminate some things, hopefully.

Then make sure you pay all your revolving accounts to below 50% of your credit limits.

Make sure that you make all your payments no more than 20 days from the date it is due.

I%26#039;d advise avoiding the collection agencies and deal directly with the original creditors, but with the collection agencies you should put in a letter request pay to delete and only send payments once they signed the letter and agree. If not return to the original creditors and work out a payment plan. Most collections if you can pay in full are more willing to honor a pay to delete action. If your funding is not working to pay anything in full then you might consider consolidation (not really informed on that one). Your actions are fairly new since the debt is basically a year old.
